Problems with snow, southern Kosovo

Due to bad weather, which has affected Kosovo, in the municipality of
Dragash local farmers were forced to return to his cattle farm. Snow,
whose height exceeded 50 cm covered the meadows, so that cattle could
not possibly get to the food.
A few days earlier, as the weather was very nice, they have performed
their cattle to graze in the area Dragash, in order to conserve supplies
of fodder.
